“My husband and I arrived home at 8pm from a trip to discover a flooded basement due to a clogged floor drain and non functioning sump pump. Having had no success in getting a live person response from other plumbers, we found the emergency phone number for Hiawatha Plumbing 612-722-2212 on the web and dialed it. A live person answered the phone and within a half hour had a competent plumber at our house who unclogged the floor drain. Early the next morning a different plumber arrived to install a new sump pump which we had at hand. We were extremely pleased with the speedy competent response and reasonable cost. Two weeks later we had a totally unrelated plumbing emergency and again we received speedy competent plumbing service from Hiawatha Plumbing at a reasonable price.

“These guys provide great service. I have a waterline freeze and burst. I called
Ken late at night and he set me up with a visit first thing in the morning.
These guys are very open and honest about their rates, try getting other
plumbers to tell you what their hourly rates are! I called three others and they
wouldn’t tell me, said they needed to come out to assess the situation. Two
plumbers showed up the next morning and were very professional, they went right
to work and had my busted pipe fixed within 45 minutes! Very great company, I
